Ingrédients                                                                                                                                      
200gr de semoule                                                                                                                     
60gr de noix de coco                                                                                              
3oeufs                                                                                                                                             
4 cuilléres à soupe de sucre                                                                                                                  
1 cuillère à soupe de café soluble                                                                                                        
2 cuillère à soupe de cacao                                                                                                                     
1 cuillère à café de levure chimique                                                                                                
1 pincée de sel                                                                                                                                   
100 ml de beurre fondu                                                                                                                     
180gr de crème fraiche                                                                                                                       
1 boite de lait concentré 1 sachet de sucre vanillé                                                                          
150 ml d eau                                                                                                                                            
une tablette de 250 gr de chocolat au lait .                                      

Préparation
Battre les oeufs et le sucre pendant 2 mn ajouter la crème fraiche et continuer a battre
ajouter le beurre, le café ,le cacao ,le sel , la levure ,la semoule et la noix de coco et mélanger bien le tout .
verser cette préparation dans un moule rectangulaire bien beurrer .
Mettre au four préchauffé à180° et laisser cuire pendant 25 à 30 mn .
A la sortie du four arroser de lait concentré ,vanille diluer avec 150 ml d eau chaude .
Laisser refroidir et parsemer de chocolat râpée et bonne appétit .
